some good warm up exercises is
running a few laps and then stretching, group stretching is the best (goes around the group and each is a "instructor" for a minute or two)
a few other warm up ideas are
burbees
jumping jacks
push ups
sit ups
mountain climbers and
inadvisable chair sit as well
good cool down exercises are the same as warm up exercises but instead of running, trying jogging a lap or two and then walking one and do a group stretch after. depending in the number of players, group stretches are great. exericse befroe hand and after is great to get your muscles ready for a game and a good way to get your muscle rested without pulling any before or after.
